Ordering a Sample Before You Commit
Not every wholesale purchase needs to start with a full order. Where suppliers offer it, you can order a small, paid sample first — a low-risk way to check quality before committing to a bigger purchase.
How to spot sample availability
On a wholesale product page, look for a "🧪 Order a sample" button, usually shown alongside the request-quote and make-an-offer options. Not every product offers this — it's something each supplier chooses to enable, with their own sample price and a maximum sample quantity.
Ordering one
- Click "Order a sample"
- Choose your quantity (up to the supplier's stated maximum)
- Pick a payment method and complete checkout — this is a real, separate order from any full wholesale purchase
What to expect
A sample order goes through the same order and payment protection as any other purchase on Comilmart — it shows up in your order history, and the supplier is responsible for fulfilling it like a normal order, just at a smaller scale.
After you've evaluated the sample
If you're happy with what you received, you can move forward with a full order through Request a Quote or Make an Offer — sample ordering doesn't automatically create a bulk order, it's just the trial step before one.
