Comilmart Product Listing Policy

§1. Product Information & Accuracy
- Sellers must provide clear, truthful, and complete product descriptions, including specifications, pricing, quantity/unit information, and images.
- Misleading or deceptive product listings — including false claims about origin, materials, certification, or performance — are strictly prohibited.
- All product images must be high-quality, unedited beyond reasonable correction (lighting/cropping), and must accurately represent the actual item being sold. Stock photos not representative of the actual product are not permitted unless clearly labeled as illustrative.
§2. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Sellers may not list, and Buyers may not attempt to purchase, any item covered by Comilmart's dedicated Prohibited Products Policy, which is incorporated into this policy by reference and covers (among other categories): counterfeit/IP-infringing goods, weapons and ammunition, hazardous substances, unauthorized pharmaceuticals, tobacco/alcohol/controlled substances, wildlife products, hate speech materials, occult/ritual items, restricted surveillance technology, unsafe children's products, and illegal financial services.
Comilmart reserves the right to remove any listing, at its sole discretion, that it reasonably believes violates the Prohibited Products Policy — even if not explicitly listed there.
§3. Pricing & Inventory Management
- Sellers must ensure that listed prices are accurate, current, and honestly represent the actual cost to purchase.
- Stock availability (or minimum order quantities, for wholesale listings) should be updated promptly to prevent overselling or fulfilling orders for out-of-stock items.
- Any changes to pricing, minimum order quantity, or availability must be reflected on the listing promptly and not used to deceive Buyers after an order is placed.
§4. Customer Reviews & Ratings
- Sellers must not manipulate, falsify, purchase, or incentivize reviews, and must not submit reviews on their own listings or a competitor's listings.
- Genuine feedback from Buyers should be respected and treated as an opportunity for improvement, not suppressed or retaliated against.
§5. Compliance & Marketplace Standards
- Sellers must list products under the correct, most relevant category to support accurate search and browsing for Buyers.
- Sellers must comply with all Comilmart marketplace guidelines, including this policy, the Terms of Service, and (for B2B Suppliers) the Know Your Supplier verification requirements.
- Violations of this policy may result in listing removal, account warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination, at Comilmart's discretion, depending on severity and history.
§6. Reporting Violations
Buyers and other Sellers who believe a listing violates this policy may report it through the "Report Product" feature or by contacting Comilmart support. Reports are reviewed by Comilmart's admin team.
