🚀 Getting Started
Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your account, beyond just your password.
Who needs it
Seller accounts (suppliers and vendors) are required to set up 2FA within 24 hours of registering — after that window, you won't be able to access your dashboard until it's enabled. Buyer accounts can set it up too, though it's optional.
How to set it up
- Go to Security in your account menu (or you'll be redirected there automatically if your 24-hour window has expired)
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app on your phone (like Google Authenticator or Authy)
- Enter the 6-digit code your app generates to confirm setup
Logging in afterward
Once enabled, logging in requires your password as usual, plus the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Codes refresh every 30 seconds, so always use the most current one shown.
If you lose access to your authenticator app
Contact support through a support ticket — our team can help verify your identity and restore access.
