How much control do I have as a Vendor on Comilmart?

As a vendor or supplier on Comilmart, you have full control over your business. You set your own product prices, define your shipping destinations (by country or state), determine your shipping fees, and establish your own selling policies and terms. With Comilmart, you’re in charge of your products, logistics, and profits.

How much do I pay to Comilmart for been a Vendor/Supplier?

Comilmart charges only a 2% commission on each successful sale. For example, if you sell a product for $10, just $0.20 goes to Comilmart — the rest is yours to keep.

We are pleased to inform you that the US Dollar (USD) is now the official currency for transactions on the Comilmart marketplace. This update is part of our effort to ensure consistency and efficiency, as Comilmart operates across all African countries and the US Dollar serves as a universal and stable currency for global trade.

Our platform still gives users the flexibility to view and purchase product prices in their preferred local currency — whether it’s Naira, Cedis, Kenyan Shillings, or others. You can easily switch your preferred currency view right on the website.

For Vendors:

When uploading your products, please convert your local currency to US Dollars before entering the price.

For example:

If your product is priced at ₦500,000, and the current exchange rate is ₦1,500 = \$1, simply divide:

₦500,000 ÷ 1,500 = \$333.34

So you will input \$333.34 as the product price.

This ensures price consistency and accuracy across our multi-country platform and allows international buyers to shop easily.

This means payouts are available seven days after the customer receives the product—assuming there’s no return request within that period.

Yes, next-day delivery depends on the retailer and item availability. Currently same day or next day delivery is only applicable to some certain states such as Enugu, Lagos, Abuja and Anambra —some orders may qualify, while others may not. Check with the specific Vendor for details.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

It depends on the courier and the type of package—some deliveries require a signature, while others can be left at your door. Check with your delivery provider for specific requirements.

Will all of the items in my order arrive in a single package?

Yes, you cannot order more than 5 products per products. depending on Vendors. However, there’re wholesale options. You can contact the vendors for confirmation.

Can I cancel my order

Yes, you can cancel the order up to the point of shipping without any charges being applied, unfortunately once the product is shipped as per the cancellation terms in the T&Cs charges may apply. Or any cancellation done before 5 hours after placing the order, there will be a charges depending on individual Vendors but will not be more than 2% of the order value.

Multiple product orders

If you have ordered multiple products on one order we will try to ensure they are all delivered together however this also depends on the type of products ordered, some products are large and delivered directly from the supplier, in these cases we will not be able to have them delivered together.
